फॉर्म को आराम से सावधानी से भरे कोई भी जल्दबाज़ी मे अपनी जगह किसी और का नाम चयन नहीं कर ले। इसका विशेष तौर पर ध्यान रखा जाए। अपना ही रोल नंबर और नाम पर tick करे। 
आप जो ईमेल आईडी यहा भरेंगे उसके इनबॉक्स मे ये आपका भरा हुआ फॉर्म यहा अंतिम मे आपके द्वारा सबमिट करते ही  तुरंत आपकी मेल पर पहुँच जाएगा 
वहाँ उसको इनबॉक्स मे  जाकर खोल ले और अपने डाटा दुबारा देख ले की आपने क्या भरा है यदि उसमे कोई गलती हो गयी है तो वापिस आप edit your response मे जाकर वापिस इस फॉर्म को open कर दुबारा edit कर सकते है। 20 फरवरी को शाम 5 बजे तक ही फॉर्म भरा या edit किया जा सकेगा। बाद मे ये बंद कर दिया जाएगा। इसलिए जितना जल्दी हो सके आप अपना फॉर्म भर देवे।
